Exam week is next week.

It's EXAM in 9 days. On the 23rd of may there will be a final exam for bakery and fermentation class! The chef told us that it's going to be quite strict. I really hope that I'm not the one who'll get the puff pastry recipe. Not quite interesting for me.

What's puff pastry?

This is puff pastry.

Thursday's Pastry Class.

I wanna join them! I only have one Pastry class in this semester. Pathetic! No. It's fine. Yes. It's Pathetic. No. It's okay. (This is what I've been putting on my mind.) They are making Creme Brulee and everything. While I'M THE ONE who's watching them when I'M THE ONE who was supposed to be doing those pastries earlier than them. It's all because of that class cancellation last semester. How I wish I was a September intake. =.="

Open Day

SORRY! I was not interested in talking about the chocolate fudge anymore. I always have this kind of things going on. MOOD SWINGS. Enough about me. Let's talk about my college!

I was so excited when I get to make some doughnuts in the kitchen during my college's open day. Here is one of the pictures of me decorating doughnuts.

This photo was taken by a college mate. Thank you my friend!

So yeah... It was a lot of fun but it was tremendously tiring. Thank God that was only a small number of people coming in the kitchen on our second open day. I can still remember during our first open day in college when a whole lot bunch of people coming through that kitchen door uncountable times.

Doughnuts are easy to make but complicated at the same time. One wrong step brings you to a NO-NO doughnut.

Most of the people who visited our doughnut stations were impressed. They even called our doughnuts as the "Small Apple" because when they saw the fancy doughnuts, it reminds them of the "Big Apple" doughnuts. That was funny! HAHA.

AND... The Tv3 interviewed me. I just don't think it's a good idea to talk about how the interview went. It's because I kinda' answered the reporter with unconvincing answers. It was a nice try though. Experience was what I've achieved. (^.^)v
